Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all courses, programs, and services ("Services") offered by Teknomindz Institute. By enrolling in our Services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Student
2.1.1 Before Course Commencement
Students may cancel their enrolment in a course or program before its commencement. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to education@teknomindz.com. No refund.
2.1.2 After Course Commencement
Once a course or program has commenced, cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined in the course or program description.
2.2 Cancellation by Institute
The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or program. If the Institute cancels a course or program, students will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in a similar course or program.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
3.1.1 Before Course Commencement
- Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 3 days after admission for the course or program.
- Partial Refund: Students who cancel within 7 days of the commencement date may receive a partial refund, less a registration amount of whole fees.
3.1.2 After Course Commencement
No Refund: Generally, no refunds will be issued after a course or program has commenced. Exceptions may be made at the Institute's discretion for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies.
3.2 Refund Process
- To request a refund, students must submit a written request to education@teknomindz.com including their name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
- Approved refunds will be processed interest-free within 30 business days and will be issued via the original payment method after the deduction of taxes if applicable.
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family bereavement), the Institute may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund, or the opportunity to defer enrollment to a future course or program.
4.2 Deferrals and Transfers
- Students may request to defer their enrollment to a future course or program start date. Deferral requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the Institute.
- Transfers to a different course or program may be allowed at the Institute's discretion, subject to the payment of any difference in fees and availability.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Registration fees
- Materials and supplies fees
- Late payment fees

7. Amendments
The Institute reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Policy will take effect immediately upon posting. Students/Parents/Guardians are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
