Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all courses, programs, and services ("Services") offered by Teknomindz Institute.

By enrolling in our Services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Student
2.1.1 Before Course Commencement

Students may cancel their enrollment before the course begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: education@teknomindz.com.

No refund will be applicable unless otherwise approved by the Institute.

2.1.2 After Course Commencement

Once a course or program has started, cancellations are subject to the specific terms mentioned in the respective course description.

2.2 Cancellation by Institute

The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or program.

In such cases, students will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to enroll in a similar course/program.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility
3.1.1 Before Course Commencement
  • Full Refund: Applicable if cancellation is made at least 3 days after admission.
  • Partial Refund: Students cancelling within 7 days of the commencement date may receive a partial refund after deduction of registration charges/full fees.
3.1.2 After Course Commencement

Generally, no refunds will be issued once a course has started.

Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances such as medical emergencies at the Institute’s discretion.

3.2 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: education@teknomindz.com.

Requests should include:

  • Student Name
  • Course Details
  • Reason for Cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method, after applicable deductions and taxes.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Extenuating Circumstances

In cases such as medical emergencies or family bereavement, the Institute may offer:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Deferral to a future batch
4.2 Deferrals and Transfers

Students may request enrollment deferral to a future batch, subject to approval and seat availability.

Transfers to another course/program may also be allowed after adjustment of fee differences.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Registration Fees
  • Materials & Supplies Fees
  • Late Payment Fees

The Institute reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
